Rooted For Growth Counseling PLLC is in-network with Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Private pay is also available for clients who are not using insurance.
Insurance
If you have Wellmark coverage, your cost depends on your plan’s copay, coinsurance, and deductible. Before your first session, it can help to call the member services number on your insurance card to confirm your mental health benefits.
I am in the process of credentialing with other insurance plans. If you have different coverage, please inquire about insurance options when you reach out, and I will let you know where things stand.
Private Pay Rates
- Initial session (60 minutes): $125
- Ongoing sessions (50 minutes): $125
- Sliding scale: A limited number of reduced-fee spaces are available for private-pay clients. Please ask during your consultation.
Payment
Copays, coinsurance, and private-pay fees are due at the time of service through the secure SimplePractice client portal. Credit and debit cards, HSA, and FSA cards are accepted.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible. The full cancellation and missed-session policy is reviewed with you during intake.
Good Faith Estimate
If you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. Learn about your rights.
